BEP Vietnamese Kitchen Case Study
Client: BEP Vietnamese Kitchen – a brunch pop-up
Goal: Create consumer awareness and generate media coverage of BEP Vietnamese Kitchen, a bi-weekly, Los Angeles-based brunch pop-up of Vietnamese, homestyle dishes.
Situation Analysis: Having no brick and mortar restaurant or any presence whatsoever in the Los Angeles dining scene, BEP Vietnamese Kitchen required PR to get them on the radar of restaurant media and key influencers to fill seats at their debut pop-up.
Actions: McCue developed a public relations campaign that included creating press kit, story pitching, a blogger preview and social media.
Results: In just 5 weeks, garnered more than 122 million media impressions and a 50% increase in Facebook fans. Each pop-up has sold out since BEP debuted.
Sample of media results:
“From our very first conversation, McCue Marketing Communications clearly defined realistic goals, and benchmarks for success. They obtained exposure for us in media outlets that were invaluable to the success of our startup business. I highly recommend McCue MC for their professionalism, dedication, and most importantly, achievement of results.” — BEP Vietnamese Kitchen Chef/Owner Connie Tran
